His journey began as a dedicated builder, where he spent more than two decades overseeing the development of large-scale residential communities. This foundation instilled in him a profound understanding of design principles, from conceptual ideation to practical execution. Recognizing the need for designs that are not only inspiring but also feasible and buildable, he focused extensively on the design principles that guide him and his team today—bridging the gap between creative vision and real-world construction.
